@skarr00 I try to keep the glaze on the potatoes as much as I can but some will inevitability spill off a little bit and end up on the bottom of the pan. Sometimes a little bit of the sugar from the honey will caramelize a little bit on the edges of the pan but I haven’t ever had a problem with a crust forming… I was guess that the butter keeps it from burning.
The sweetpotatoe looks quite nice, but how does it not end up with a crust in the bottom from all that honey?
