Candida Diet Recipes – The Proven ‘Tasty’ Foods That Will Make You Fighting Fit Again

It’s unfortunately true that 75% of women have a yeast infection at least once throughout their lives – and it’s not slowing down either.
This is thanks to modern foods that contain substances that consumers are of.
Unfortunately, while sufferers of yeast infection are buying pharmaceuticals, they don’t recognize that the concern is really with their diet habits. These medicines will ‘cure’ the problem for a short time, but they only scratch the surface.
If you want to live a healthy life, planning and preparing nutritious foods is the very best place to start – possibly the ONLY place to start. No level of medicine will cure you if your diet isn’t in balance.
When designing a candida recipe it’s arguably (and quite evidently) important to know what foods don’t include yeast. Because of this, I have labeled below a group of everyday foods where you will discover yeast in droves. I simply believe that this is the safest ‘first step’ to take when forming a ‘yeastless’ diet.
Foods to Stay Away From:
Items created from Bread –
Yeast-free breads are unquestionably the exception. If you are prepared to pay in excess of what normal bread costs then they are no problem to find. More specifically, ‘bread’ includes things such as bagels, cakes and rolls.
Confectionary (sugar) –
Candida absolutely loves sugar; it’s like pouring gasoline on the fire.
Fruits –
I’m going to shock you now. As a sufferer of yeast infection you should not be eating fruit – for at least 4 weeks. But why?
-    As a general rule, fruit transforms into ‘simple sugars’, and these unfortunately promote the growth of yeast.
- There is yeast inside the skin of fruits. When the skin is edible it is, generally, consumed.
Vegetables –
Vegetables are extremely important generally speaking, and even more important for when you have candidiasis. I do want to say, though, there is one vegetable that you can leave alone:
-    The Mushroom
Many Alcoholic Beverages –
A brewer’s yeast and sugar is used to make alcohol, so buy at your own risk.
What You Are allowed to Have:
In my opinion, and what many professionals say, the ‘high complex carbohydrate diet’ is the ultimate appraoch to curing candidiasis permanently. I urge you to form a commitment in eating these foods for 1 month before abandoning the diet. That will be plenty of time to start seeing results. Needless to say, if you are feeling any better after one month, then it’s wise to keep the foods in your diet. (And don’t lose control with those little ‘luxuries’.) Essentially, have one meal of fish/meat or chicken (protein) per day, and eat as many vegetables as possible. Begin the high-vegetable diet.
Yogurt –
The yogurt that makes a change may have a high price tag but it’s going to relieve some of your symptoms and bring the time it takes to recover down a large amount. By yogurt WITH friendly bacteria only. Other ideas for you:
-    Quinoa porridge -    RyVita dry breads
Veg –
I really encourage you to eat vegetables with at least 3 different meals throughout the day. Lastly, I recommend you eat most of the vegetables uncooked. This is because vital goodness is actually lost when you boil vegetables.
-    Garlic – No matter whether you don’t like the taste of garlics. If you have yeast infection, you require them. Period. Yes, they can reward you with terrible breath, but chopped up they go nicely in a bowl of soup.
-    Onion – Onions are antifungal and provide sulphur which assists to control yeast levels.
Herbs –
As we all know, herbs have a wealth of remedial qualities.
-    Basil – contains antifungal oils.
-    Cumin – once again has antifungal oils.
-    Oregano – These famously pungent leaves are a welcome extra to ommlettes.
Meat –
This includes fish and poultry. Stick with fresh, organic meat, and devoid of antibiotics (if your budget permits).
