Kimchi Chigae with Tuna (chamchi chigae) 김치찌개
After watching aeriskitchen make her version I remembered that I had some three month old kimchi. This is my version. Ingredients: Onion, Kimchi, Tuna in Oil, Garlic, green onion and Tofu. Lightly sauté onion in oil from tuna. Add Kimchi and Kimchi juice (water if needed) and tuna. Bring to a boil cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Add green onion and tofu.
